Instant heat - click metal disc to activate. 54 Celcius when Activated. Boil in a pan of water until heat pad become clear to reuse. Keep hands warm in winter time. It can be used for indoor or outdoor. To Recharge: Place the pad on top of a dishcloth (to prevent the pad from touching the bottom) inside a pan of boiling water. Bring back to the boil and simmer for apporx. 5 mins until the pad becomes clear. To Activate: Place the metal piece between your forefinger and thumb, press against until a "click" is felt. The heat pad will rapidly heat up and become cloudy. When this process is complete, gently squeeze the heat pad to make it soft and ready for use.
