Steel is a good general purpose material, and has better weldability and increased rust resistance over wrought iron. The stand is portable for ease of use, measuring 4.0’ (H), with a base measuring 27.0 x 27.0 inches (L x W). (H is height, the vertical distance from the lowest to highest point; L is length, the horizontal distance from left to right; W is width, the horizontal distance from front to back.) The hoop stand is suitable for early childhood learning environments and elementary grade level.
